Code of Conduct

  1. Students should follow the recommended dress code from the college, there will be a disciplinary action against the defaulters in case of violation.
  2. Smoking or any other type of unfair means act (shisha or drugs) is strictly prohibited in college, hostels and affiliated organizations.
  3. Students who misbehave with teachers or administrative staff will face disciplinary action by the disciplinary committee.
  4. Writing, chalking or spray painting are prohibited, necessary action will be taken against those students who found indulged.
  5. It is mandatory for all the students to display their college identification card in college premesis.
  6. During working hours all the students must present in college premises, anyone who sneaks out from the college vicinity will do so at his/her own responsibility and will be accountable on disciplinary action.
  7. Students are prohibited to be involved in any political, partisan and sectarian activity with in college and affiliated hospital premises.
  8. Students are directed to attend their classes regularly throughout the year so that their attendance are 100% in the class in each professional year. However, since emergencies/sickness and urgent work are part of life. Therefore, students must have at least 75% of their total lectures,otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the final exams.
  9. No leave application /Medical certificate or emergency certificate will be entertained by the college. All these will be covered in 25% of the allowed period.
  10. Any damage to the property of affiliated hospitals, college including laboratory equipment, furniture and fixtures, library books, class rooms, plantation and others will be considered as a breach of conduct.
  11. Damage to the College transport or any type of indiscipline will result a severe strict action against the students commuting in the college vehicle. Payments of the cost of necessary repair will be demanded.

NOTE: Violation of rules committed by students or group of students will be brought to the notice to the Principal, and referred to the chairman of the disciplinary committee.
